VitaFer complex is a dietary supplement in the form of capules made from group B vitamins, vitamin C and iron to give more vitality and to make up for dietary vitamin and mineral deficiency. 

VitaFer complex will particularly benefit people deficient in vitamins, especially iron, as well as convalescents.

1 capsule comprises: 1.4 mg (100%*RDI) vitamin B2, 14 mg(100%*RDI) vitamin B6, (100%*RDI) vitamin B12, 200µg(100%*RDI) folic acid, 50 µg (100%*RDI) biotin

30mg (37%*RDI) vitamin C, 14mg (100%*RDI) iron bisglycinate.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule in the morning in a large glass of water.
